Combine the power of breath to movement as we cultivate our mind-body connection. We’ll move as a community with a unique intention each class.
Yoga Strength
Weights + cardio join the yoga party as we turn the volume up during this format. First we’ll flow, then we’ll combine loaded movements to this beat-driven class. No weights? No worries. These workouts are still fabulous using only your bodyweight.
Meditation
Deepen your mind-body connection, sense of calm, joy and compassion while we purposefully shift our awareness to the present moment.
